This website is operated by KTD Doors, the door manufacturing unit of Karnataka Timber Depot, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms.

- Door photographs, designs, and descriptions on this site are for illustration. Natural wood varies in grain, tone, and figure — your finished product may differ slightly from website images.
- We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all content is complete or error-free.
- Text, photographs, and design assets on this site belong to KTD Doors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Enquiries & Quotations
- Any prices or indications discussed are valid only in a written quotation with a stated validity period.
- A quotation is not an order confirmation. Orders are confirmed only upon mutual agreement on specifications and payment terms.
Custom Orders
- Custom doors are made to your confirmed dimensions and specifications. Please verify measurements carefully before approval; KTD Doors is not responsible for remakes arising from dimensions approved by you.
- Timber is a natural material. Minor movement, grain variation, and colour change over time are inherent characteristics, not defects.
- Delivery timelines shared at order confirmation are good-faith estimates and may vary with material availability.
Warranty & Installation
Warranty coverage, if applicable, is stated on your invoice or work order at the time of purchase and forms part of your sale agreement. Warranty terms do not cover damage from misuse, improper installation by third parties, water exposure beyond normal use, or natural timber behaviour described above.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KTD Doors' liability arising from the website or any order is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied under that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
